French speaking Customer Service Advisor

Job Title: French Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Salary: £29,000

Location: 100% Remote working

Role Overview:

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customers have a seamless experience. You'll handle customer inquiries, offer solutions, and provide exceptional support over the phone, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.


Key Responsibilities:

· Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

· Provide product advice and assistance to customers, guiding them through their purchasing journey.

· Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns and enhance processes.

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements:

· Fluent in French (both written and spoken).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Previous customer service experience, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service software is advantageous.
