Role Overview:

Our client is looking for friendly, proactive, and positive people to join their award-winning customer services team, as they grow in Germany! As the first point of contact for customers, this role is key to keeping the wonderful customers inexplicably happy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German and English.
· Provide accurate information about products and services.
· Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services.
Requirements:
· Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Previous customer service experience is preferred.
· Strong problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
