Job Title: Hebrew Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Location: Manchester, Hybrid role – 1 day per week in the office
Available Shifts:
· Monday to Thursday 6am to 2pm & Sunday 7am to 3pm (36 hours per week)
· Monday to Thursday 11am to 7pm & Sunday 10am to 6pm (36 hours per week)
Training: Monday 24th February 2025 to Friday 7th March 2025, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, onsite training onsite.

Responsibilities:
· Provide outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
· Handle a variety of customer concerns, including account issues and tracking missing parcels, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
· Build trust and establish a strong rapport with customers using exceptional communication skills.
· Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
· Demonstrate attention to detail and effective problem-solving to thoroughly resolve each query.
· Focus exclusively on delivering exceptional service without the pressure of sales targets.
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Requirements:
· Prior experience in customer service, ideally in a contact centre or customer-facing role
· Fluent in both written and spoken English and Hebrew
· Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
· Genuine passion for helping others
· Strong literacy and numeracy skills
· Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
