Role Overview:
As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to our employees and managers. Reporting to the Group HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a very important role, with ample opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide advice to managers on all aspects of employee relations including disciplinary, absence, grievance, and performance matters
· Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
· Work closely with the HR team to support the successful delivery of all HR processes, policies, and systems, including administration and reporting
· Promote the culture and values that foster a positive working environment
· Support the HR team to drive positive employee engagement activities
· Support recruitment coordination including communicating vacancies/advertising/ liaising with agencies
· Support training coordination – sourcing/liaising/booking/communications
· Collaborate with HR team to coordinate apprenticeships
· Support the HR team in delivering key projects
· Using a collaborative approach to find solutions and ensure satisfactory outcomes
· Promote and improve HR services for the benefit of the organization
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as an HR advisor, HR consultant, or similar role.
· Qualified to at least a Level 3 CIPD qualification
· Ability to advise and work with senior members of staff.
· Hands-on experience with IT programs and HR systems.
· Knowledge of employment legislation.
· Personable with strong communication and relationship-building capabilities across all levels of the business.
