Job Title: Italian-speaking Foreign Exchange Consultant

Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of the foreign exchange bureau. You will offer exceptional customer service, making each customer feel special, whilst dealing with the day-to-day operation of the bureau, increasing its exposure, and developing new business leads to achieving given targets & KPIs. Working as part of a team, you will drive business through social media, events, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist customers with currency exchange transactions including buying and selling of foreign currencies.
· Build rapport with customers.
· Upselling and cross-selling currency and company products.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
· Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations, reach targets, and deliver a positive customer experience.
· Balance tills accurately and efficiently ensuring compliance with company procedures and anti-money laundering regulations.
· Adhere to company procedures and Anti-Money Laundering regulations. • Count accurately at speed.
· Attend to phone calls and customer queries in a professional manner.
· Promote additional products or services offered by the company.
· Stay updated with the trends, regulations, and updates related to currency exchange and financial services.
Requirements:
· Fluency in Italian
· Demonstrable sales experience
· An achiever mindset, demonstrating ability to work towards objectives.
· Accuracy in processing transactions.
· Problem-solving skills
· Good numeracy skills
