Role Overview:
As a Spanish-speaking Office Manager for our client’s events company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of the company’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the main contact person for all office-related matters within our events company.
· Ensure that all event spaces and office areas maintain a high standard of presentation.
· Assist in organizing and managing various projects related to event planning and execution.
· Represent the company at events, overseeing operations and addressing any on-site needs.
· Manage inventory for event supplies, stationery, and related materials.
· Maintain health and safety standards specific to event venues and office spaces.
· Handle administrative tasks crucial to event planning and execution.
· Coordinate the booking and setup of event spaces and meeting rooms.
· Organize travel arrangements for event staff and attendees.
· Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors essential to event operations, such as caterers, security personnel, and venue managers.
· Undertake any other duties necessary to ensure the smooth running of events and office operations.
Requirements:
· Knowledge of the events industry.
· Previous experience as an office manager.
· Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
· Clear and articulate written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in office management systems and procedures.
· Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Sharp attention to detail and adept problem-solving capabilities.
